Mr. Weston is the office's sole and founding attorney. Born and raised in Huntington, WV, Mr. Weston graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law where he was an editor of the West Virginia Law Review.
Mr. Weston practices in many diverse areas of the law. He has been counsel in many cases involving product liability, car accidents, medical malpractice, work related accidents, toxic torts, mass tort litigation, first degree murder, DUI/DWI, family law, debt collection and real estate.
Mr. Weston is experienced both in West Virginia Circuit Courts and Federal Courts in the state of West Virginia. Mr. Weston is a member of the American Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, and West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
